Jeremy Doku scored the first goal of his Premier League career as Manchester City came from behind to beat West Ham 3-1.

The Hammers took the lead at the London Stadium 36 minutes into Saturday's game when James Ward-Prowse finished off a fine counter-attack with a diving header.

Ward-Prowse found the net 11 seconds after a poor first touch from Doku had resulted in a turnover on City's left wing.

But Doku - who joined City from Rennes for a £55.4 million transfer fee in August - made amends by netting an excellent equalizer 42 seconds into the second half following a dazzling dribble into the penalty area.

Bernardo Silva then completed the turnaround with a cute finish in the 76th minute after a scooped pass from Julian Alvarez.

Silva assisted Erling Haaland for City's third goal 10 minutes later.

Saturday's win maintained City's perfect start to the EPL season and left Pep Guardiola's side top of the table with five wins from five games.
