Alabama expected to have a former Indiana standout DB visit next week

Alabama football loss to Lane Kiffin and Ole Miss with Isaiah Hamilton, a former Houston cornerback, in the NCAA transfer portal. 

Da’Shawn Jones, a former Wake Forest cornerback, is visiting this weekend.

The Crimson Tide is also expected to host another transfer portal defensive back next week. Matt Zenitz of 247Sports reports Kobee Minor is visiting the Tide. He entered the portal from from Indiana University after being an honorable mention All-Big Ten selection in 2023. Minor posted 29 total tackles and four pass breakups in 11 games as a junior. The 6-foot, 185-pounder is a Dallas (Texas) native that would have an opportunity to play on a team that would compete for a College Football Playoff shot.
